Dear Fran,
What can we say about our wedding cake!
Amazing, Fabulous, Stunning, Delicious, Beautiful, Perfect!
They are a few things that pop straight into my mind when I think about the cake you beautifully designed and made for our wedding day.

It was a talking point of our wedding reception and I was too scared to even cut it!
You did such a wonderful job with the little figurines of both of us and Britney looked gorgeous!

You made it such a joy to plan a wedding cake, I knew from the moment I walked into your kitchen that you had such a passion for cakes and I walked out having complete confidence that you were going to make us the most wonderful cake.
That definitely happened!

Not only did the cake look perfect it tasted even better!

I hope that in the future I am able to recommend you to family and friends for any occasion and hopefully one day soon will be able to get you to make me another cake for our next special occasion.

You were such a wonderful help to me Fran and I thank-you from the bottom of my heart.
Our cake was exactly what I had dreamed of and I will never forget all your hard work.

As for your beautiful cake.... Fran it was the most gorgeous cake I've ever seen, it was more than I could have ever asked for, it was perfect!!

The whole day was perfect we were really blessed that day. Ohhh and the taste of the cake was amazing everyone was commenting on how nice it was.

Hi Fran

Just a quick note to say how fabulous the "Whimsy Slice Cake" was that
you made for Denis's Birthday - it was the hit of the evening. The
cake was so much fun and was perfect as the centre piece for our party
- everyone loved it, thank you so much.

Denis couldn't believe it was actually a cake, it was so perfect all
the colours the bow it was just fantastic - you are an artist. When
we did finally cut the cake (albeit reluctantly) the cake itself was
heavenly, so moist and so chocolately - delicious. Not only did we
have the cake, as cake on the night we also warmed some the next night
and had it with ice cream for dessert, again just as delicious.

I know my request for a cake was short notice, but you were just
wonderful coming up with so many great ideas and the result was
stunning - you are wonderful.

We have retained the beautiful flower top, it’s just gorgeous.

Just a quick email to say thank you for the great job you did on the wedding cake. It was the ideal 'hybrid' of a number of ideas we had discussed.

I hope you will see from the photos how good it looked. We particularly liked the bride and groom.

We were not disappointed when there was some left over cake the next day - it became a highly prized object as to who was going to enjoy the last pieces of cake.

We just got back from our honeymoon late last night and I got on the computer straight away today cause I've been dying to tell you how much we LOVED the cake!!!!!!!

The work you did was stunning beyond belief....it was so elegant, so beautiful and so yummy!! We can't thank you enough...you won't believe how many compliments we have had and how many people were taking photos of the cake without us even in it!!!

You are one amazing lady and I am so glad we found you. One day when we have kids, we'll be sure to give them the best birthday gift ever - a cake from you!!

Hello Fran,

I couldn't be happier with the exquisite cake you created for me! When I arrived at Sweetwater Cafe yesterday, I went straight to it and just stared at it for ages - it was so beautiful, and even better than I had imagined it.

The berries, roses and vine leaves were just the lovely, autumnal look I had hoped for, and as you can see, the colours matched my dress perfectly.

And you should have heard the compliments about it - even today I am getting emails from everyone remarking on the cake! It really was a highlight of the whole event.

The whole experience was even more remarkable considering we did it all via email between Melbourne and Singapore!

Thank you so much for doing such a beautiful job on the wedding cake for Christine and Ben.

You were so helpful with advice and ideas which enabled Christine and Ben's choice so much easier.

The cake was absolutely perfect, just exactly what they wanted, and it tasted amazing.

The checker board effect of the dark and white chocolate cakes made it such a unique dessert when presented to the guests. It was a topic of conversation all afternoon.

I just wanted to let you know what a success the cake was (and the party).

The only problem was everyone was looking at the cake and not at my beautiful daughter ha ha!

And just as you said it was delicious, particularly the caramel one; thank you again for such a wonderful cake, the detail you put into it was amazing.
